Granica Transformacji connects ZERO WASTE with the urban spaces of Gubin and Guben. Materials, buildings, the river, memories and people’s skills become the starting points for new stories. Something that has reached the end of its use can become an installation, an image, an encounter or a new way of experiencing the city.
The music video is the first invitation into this world. We are not presenting a finished chapter or a complete map of every project. It points towards a direction: from reuse to art, from an idea to shared space, from two riverbanks to a common creative energy.
Two banks. Many projects. A shared force.
We want future activities to find a place in both cities: in everyday, unexpected, industrial and temporarily forgotten spaces. Light can change how we experience a passageway, a mural can bring an important story back into view, and reclaimed material can bring art and nature together. The projects should do more than occupy space: they should spark curiosity and bring people together.
We believe in the energy of change that draws imaginative people together: artists, residents, institutions and businesses ready to create something collectively. Every skill, idea and material can set another change in motion. We are building an open story of the border region — bold, attentive to place and full of possibility. Join us in shaping it.
Ideas rooted in place.
The public proposal for the “Gubin–Guben / Granica Transformacji” mural brings together art, reclaimed elements, light and plants. It sets out an ecological artistic direction: a concept, not confirmation of a completed installation. Read the project concept ↗
